LuxeSF’s 2019 Home Design Boot Camp

On Thursday, May 23rd we were honored to present as one of the leading innovators in the Design and Tech space, at the Riggs Distributing and LuxeSF annual “Home Design Boot Camp”, a must-attend event for Bay Area interior design professionals.

If you missed out or just want a recap of this amazing event, we have you covered!

Alf Nucifora of Luxe SF, kicked things off by hosting the “How Not To Leave Money on the Table” panel. The impressive panel consisted of Janine Aurichio, Principal at Scavullo Design, Sid Baxter of S.A. Baxter, Inc, General Contractors, C J Bishop an Interior Design Consultant, Dorothy Greene, Principal at BAMO and Elizabeth Suzuki, Principal at Sutton Suzuki Architects. We found the discussion fascinating, especially since it seemed that the topic was a concern felt across the industry. The expert panel urged the audience to approach their business with confidence.

Elizabeth Suzuki stayed on during the next panel discussion “The Inside Scoop on ADUs and Tiny Homes”, an up and coming trend in the real estate space that addresses purchasing costs and livability. Suzuki, was joined by Sheila Hunter co-founder of Lilypad Homes and Andrew Sturgill, Principal, Seabreeze Tiny Homes.

Heather Sawtelle of Bellvine, presenting “Best Of Design Tech”

Bellvine’s founder Heather Sawtelle was joined by Houzz’s Industry Marketer, Roksolana Parygin, Ivy.co’s COO Gilli Cherrin, and Stephanie Fillibrandt of Design Barre as presenters during the “Best of Tech Design” portion of the event. We are constantly in awe of the strides made in Interior Design and during the bootcamp we were thrilled to showcase our platform to our community.

During Bellvine’s presentation, designers were amazed to witness how they can now create accurate custom quotes and submit them to the correct territory showroom in under a minute.

Not only can you source, order and track faster, you can keep your relationships intact with your showroom reps and manufacturers by letting them know exactly what your project needs on Bellvine!

The response we received from the audience was incredible and we had a great time responding to queries.

The event was wrapped up with a scrumptious lunch prepared on the premises by executive chef, Ivan Dubriwny, who represented Riggs Distributions kitchen appliances masterfully and even obliged in making delectable tacos for the Bellvine team! The beautiful space was filled with chatter, great food and flowing Napa Valley wine.
